Terms of use
Last updated 2 November 2026
By using Tomatine you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us.
The service
Tomatine lets creators publish a page at tomatine.link that links to their official accounts and content. It is an early version, free to use, and provided as it is. We may change or stop features, and we’ll try to give notice of anything that affects your page.
Your account
- You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be at least 16.
- Keep your Google account secure; anyone who can sign in to it can edit pages you own.
Who can have a page
- Any creator can create a page for themselves, or for a creator they are authorised to act for. There is no minimum audience size.
- A person reviews every page before it goes live. We may ask you to show that you control the accounts you list.
- We may decline an application, or later unpublish a page, if we can’t confirm the accounts are yours or the page breaks these terms.
Claiming and owning a page
- Only claim a page if you are that creator or are authorised to act for them.
- We review claims by hand and may ask for more evidence. We can refuse a claim, or later remove access, if ownership is disputed or the evidence turns out to be wrong.
- We never ask for your passwords to other services, and you should never send them to us.
What you put on your page
- You are responsible for your page’s content and links. Only link to accounts and content you own or are allowed to promote.
- Don’t impersonate anyone, mislead people, link to malware or scams, or post anything illegal, hateful or sexually explicit.
- Don’t claim qualifications, credentials or endorsements you don’t have. This matters especially for health, nutrition, fitness and finance creators.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to display it on Tomatine and in previews of your page (for example when it is shared on social media), for as long as it is on your page.
Pages we prepare
We may prepare a page for a creator from their public profiles before they join, to invite them to claim it. These pages are labelled “Unclaimed”. Anyone can report a problem, and the creator can ask us to correct or remove it.
Reports and removal
If something on Tomatine is wrong or harmful, use the “Report this profile” link on the page or the contact page. We may hide, disable or remove pages that break these terms.
Limits
We work to keep Tomatine available and accurate but can’t guarantee it. We aren’t responsible for content on the external sites creators link to. Tomatine does not promise more followers, views, reach or search visibility.
Ending
You can stop using Tomatine and ask us to delete your page at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
